Nicole, can you please explain why you took my tip away after I delivered your huge order through instacart? You gave me five stars and you complimented me on being very friendly but you still tip baited me.
Was wondering why my drink felt light and why that first sip was difficult. Was missing a 1/3rd of it... This location is probably the worst one around. For having set drink recipes, you'd think it would be easy for any worker to make a drink the same yet every drink is wildly different. They also have a very high turnover, everytime I go it's an entirely different set of workers and I never see the same people twice.
