I wanted to recognize the barista who assisted me during my recent visit. She was kind, polite, and went above and beyond in a simple but meaningful way. While I was waiting in the drive-thru for my drink, she noticed my pinky finger was wrapped and took a moment to ask about it. 6/1/26 approx 650 am I made regular morning drive through run. They were unusually slow, especially since there were only 2 cars in the line. While at the window I noticed woman with white towel at face and nose. She place towel on counter top, dirty side to counter and walked away. I informed 2nd female ( working drive through). Literally just start going to this location and regretting it. Working in a business where is early morning can be frustrating but to take your frustration out on the customers or have an attitude and they’re starting their morning is just unacceptable . The barista Jordan was very rude and I just asked for the customizations I paid for.
What a pleasant surprise! During our road trip to Detroit this past April, I was thrilled to discover this Starbucks conveniently located directly across the street from our hotel.
