Extremely disappointing experience. We placed a mobile order and went inside the store to pick it up, only to be told by an employee that we had to go through the drive-through, even though someone else was picking up their order at the door. We followed her instructions and ended up waiting in the drive-through for 25 minutes just to pick up an order we had already placed and paid for. I’m genuinely surprised at how horrible the service was the morning shift of 09/05/26. I’ve never been to a Starbucks with such rude, inattentive, and argumentative workers. My father and I were simply trying to get coffee for our household and were extremely disappointed in the lack of care.
