Staff is always super nice, order is always correct.
If a single Starbucks is going to differentiate itself, it can't be through menu items, which are standard across the franchise. It has to be done through that intangible thing, "atmosphere." The Starbucks at Telegraph and Civic Center Drive achieves this because the employees are apparently enjoying themselves. The turnover rate is low. Everyone is usually smiling. I'm a regular, and they greet me by name. My order is being prepared before I ever reach the counter.
I had an uber eats order and usually i go to where the standard pickup is at and grab my order (8/10 it’s ready as soon as i get there) but this time i walked in and i saw the workers were busy, however several of them made eye contact with me. The drive through must of been busy because there was only one other customer waiting in the lobby. After 10 minutes of me standing there and the workers giving me confused side eyed looks, someone finally comes over and address me.
On Monday, July 7, 2025, I went to this place before heading to work. I don't frequent Starbucks and I can count on hand how many times I have. In any event the woman at the register helped me decide what flavor of coffee I wanted, a double expresso with vanilla and caramel.
