I visited this location because I was visiting from out of town and I was really impressed with the service. The young man who took my order, Done Donte', was very polite and knowledgeable of the menu items and answered every question I had. We ate inside and the employee came around with some samples and it was delicious! I would definitely return to this location and recommended it to everyone I know in Southfield and nearby!
Went through drive-thru (extremely slow, long line), the person on the speaker was low energy and unpleasant. Got to the window, woman didn't even say hi, just handed my husband the payment thing and when he said hello, she completely ignored him and asked for a tip. Then, come to find out my drink order was wrong and they didn't give him the sugar packets he asked for at the speaker.
Teresa who works at the drive thru most mornings is so sweet and friendly every single time I come to this location. I don’t know how she manages to have such a good attitude every day! I always have good experiences with the other employees here and the drinks always taste good. The team will always have a suggestion for an alternative menu item if they’re out of something.
I wish I could have given this place a zero Not only was my food given to be super late but they handed me an ice cold bacon gouda sandwich how am I supposed to eat that on my way to work that I'm already late for
