I had a very bad experience with the baristas here! We got here at 9:55pm because we are not locals but I am a loyal Starbucks customer and they closed the door in my face I went to talk to the manager at the drive thru and nothing was resolved they don’t care, normally Starbucks is really nice and they’ll take care of you! DONT RECOMEND STOPING IN THIS STARBUCKS AT ALL!
Very uninviting staff and crap service. I would highly suggest going some place else.
I waited 25 mins in the drive thru. My grilled cheese was not warm. I got one drink and I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for my other drink. This is unacceptable. The drinks were watery with no flavor you can tell they had been sitting for a while before we received them.
I ordered an iced doppio. I got it in a hot cup because they out of cups. With no ice in it!!! what kind of brains are working there?! Your only job is to make coffee and you just cannot make coffee. It’s a rocket science I guess
