I am someone who has been a regular customer for years now, but after today I will no longer spend money here. Went in and asked if I could get a ice water cause it was hot out, and the barista rudely tell me I must make a purchase. Like what? I get that they have some new rules about the bathroom and people just hanging out, but for a regular customer who Batista's know by name and always know my order to be treated that way just for a water is not cool. When I first pulled up, I was really impressed with this location and for the most part the entire staff looks fantastic. And then I walked up to the counter and asked for the bathroom code - And the lady looks at me condescendingly And asks “ Have you made a purchase yet?” That was a bit shocking because that has never happened to me before.
