I’m here to counter the 1 star review left by the ladies i witnessed an interaction with, they seem to have beat me here! The young man at the register was sticking to the policy and he seemed to be enforcing this policy with everyone. Yes it’s hot outside it’s Houston carry a water bottle if you know you’re going out you cannot demand free water anywhere why would Starbucks be the exception? Very busy Rice area Starbucks. Difficult to find free parking. They have floor power outlets, so great for a little computer use. Finding a table not easy.
