Lately I have gotten some really bad service when Im out shopping. Starbucks is one place you get a sure good experience. This starbucks is close to home and a breath of fresh air. As soon as the door opens you hear welcome in! I appreciate the staff and the kindness I feel coming in or diving thru. Just a heartfelt thank you for providing great service because it truly is not so easy to find these days.
ordered a sweet cream cold brew and received what appeared to be nothing but cream in my drink and maybe a tablespoon of coffee, absolutely ridiculous, I guess if you want actual coffee you gotta specify light cream, otherwise they will literally just serve you cream in a cup.
