I just ordered an iced caramel macchiato with heavy cream at this location, only to receive nothing but heavy cream. This is the second time this has happened, and it’s quite disappointing, especially considering the $8 price tag. I won’t be returning back. Not worth it!

Incredibly rude employees at the drive thru. They’re always laughing and being unprofessional on the microphone. When I got to the window I was given the wrong drink and told “You said Coffee not Latte, next time say Latte” in the snarkiest way. I did say Latte but maybe next time don’t be playing around when you should be doing your job and maybe you would’ve heard me say Latte. Instead of shutting off mobile ordering where you pick up inside they allow you to put it in show up to a sign on the door saying inside closed for maintenance and then make you sit in the long drive through line to get what you ordered and paid for. Had the doors locked but the employee was bringing drinks to a friend outside so was able to speak to someone. Otherwise would have had no idea I had to go to the drive through.
