Today, 7/10/2026 around 2:30pm, my boyfriend and I drove through the drive-through for our order. The young lady who took our order handed over the incorrect beverage of my request at the pick up window. I advised the young lady, asking her if she was able to fix it. She tried to explain how the drink is made, then all of a sudden she stopped speaking and said "I'll fix it" while reaching for beverage.
