Starbucks over charges for their food items and when youre trying to get to work quickly you grab what you can. The second time Ive gone by this Starbucks and they give me THE WRONG food Item and I dont know until im deep in traffic. You know to check your bag at McDonalds but this is so simple its ONE item and still somehow this happens. Just go to a different one. The people working this one clearly dont give a crap.
I have a really bad experience at another Starbucks earlier in the day. Came down to this one on south college st. where It was a totally different atmosphere. Very welcoming and made me feel a whole lot better. Isabella took our orders and greeted us with a bright smile. Thurston gave us a great conversation and empathized with us about our bad experience earlier and said he would make sure this one was much better.
