I put a mobile order in for drive thru, as well as my friend. I pulled up and the drive thru was wrapped around the building and I had an appointment I needed to get to, so I decided to walk in. I was patiently waiting for a barista to walk over because they were all busy and then I was going to mention I had put an order in for drive thru. This is the first time I get so disappointed by getting my drink. I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher with light ice and classic syrup on it and he clearly didn’t follow my request. My drink was barely with 6 pieces of Ice and not like I requested it.
