Horrible customer service starting with management. Dont ever stop by here if you are in the Auburn area.
I always get the same drink but today they might have felt lazy and gave me a drink that felt old was not 3 shots of espresso and the ice was already melted,I picked it up 4 minutes after ordering.
Really wish some of the barista's would stop putting water in my drink!! I pay almost $8 for this drink to have no water! It even says on the lable, no water EXTRA ACAI!! I always have to contact corporate and get a refund! Thankfully they always refund me more than what I paid for, for my inconvenience! Some of the workers act like its their product and it's coming out of their pay!! Please stop messing with people's drinks!
