Be aware that they close at 8pm and start telling customers in the lobby that they close at 7:40pm. Made for a rushed experience to close out the day. Other than that it is consistent and I love that you can get free refills when staying in the dining area.
Love to work here!! How ever had a goofy experience with one of the workers today. Around 3pm today, twas a blond girl with purple in her hair maybe, heavier set. I asked for some water after I stepped outside for about 20 minutes. She says right away before I finish my sentence … unfortunately we cant serve you anything unless you make a purchase. Small change maybe just ask if I made a purchase instead of assuming right away🤣🤣 Mind you I was in there for like 2.5-3 hours, drinking coffee before that 15-25 minute break.
