DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THE MORNING!!! IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET TO WORK. YOU WILL NOT BE IN AND OUT HERE. IVE BEEN IN DRIVETHRU FOR 15 ACTUAL MINUTES. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
If it weren’t so close to home, I’d NEVER go to this location. Every time I come to THIS Starbucks, all I ask is to switch the milk in my drink to Vanilla Sweet Cream. This is not only the only location that charges me extra for it (and an EXTRA EXTRA charge if I ask for a bit more) and STILL MAKES IT WRONG every time.
I have going to this location for over 7 years. This location used to be great. That is no longer the case. The wait time is LONG and ridiculous and the order is usually 90% WRONG. Staff doesnt seem to care anymore. The turn over is so noticeable. The staff is not trained the same at all. You get different answers to questions from different employees. The managers change often and when they do have one that cares... they don't stay long. The mgr today told me that I was rude. I was just letting her know that I am at a loss ... read more
