Frequently go there for coffee.
Some Starbucks are great and some are bad, this one falls towards the latter. They don’t consider redeeming points (earned from overpaying for coffee) as buying the coffee so refill policy is disregarded. Gonna find a Dunkin instead where they actually mix my drink. Extra star on atmosphere is because the Kroger seems fine.
The service was terrible, they were pretty rude and it didn’t happen only one time.
