Place is good, me and my girlfriend go for our drinks she love it and me am more judgmental about them. But the service has been great just about every single time. Seen them kill it while busy and did the same damn thing while it’s slow. 🫡
Rude, unprofessional and messed up on my order I asked for banana cold foam and she put vanilla cold foam also all our coffees taste like water. Mind you I drink Starbucks everyday and never has my coffee tasted like this. Also refused to give toilet paper when I thought I needed it ( it was stuck on top so I didn’t see it) and told my sister to go check she just stocked when it was the other restroom.
This particular store has a very prejudice attitude towards african-americans, I've been in this facility several times and if you're not Caucasian you're not greeted when you come in and the service is very rude to those who are non-caucasian people. I am currently in contact with the area manager to try to get these things fixed and get some kind of diversity training done at this facility.
