The employees here are always miserable and always act like the smallest questions are personally torturing. I had gone in a few hours before close while it seemed to be a ghost town and asked if I could get a Java Chip Frappe and received an attitude that they do not make that drink anymore and was instead given a ‘Crème Frappe’ with the java chips in it. They didn’t even bother to add mocha or any sort of chocolate sauce / coffee base and while doing so they somehow managed to charge me $13 for the singular drink. Insane q... read more
Waited 30+ minutes for one drink received my drink and the cup was split in half and broken and was spilling all over the floor and on my hands. The worker said “okay sorry let me just replace the cup for you” not even a drink. I get my new drink and it has literally no whipped cream and it’s not good.
We absolutely love this Starbucks because the baristas and staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service. They work hard and always make our visits enjoyable. Unfortunately, the drive-thru and parking lot design are some of the worst in town. Traffic flow is confusing, drivers frequently enter and exit the wrong way through the drive-thru, and the queue often spills into the parking lot, creating congestion and safety concerns.
