Walked in wanting to order a grilled cheese and a peppermint matcha. First thing I notice (beside there being like no other customers) was one customer who was dancing and laughing at the register where he should have been ordering (he was the only other customer). I proceed to order a grilled cheese first but am told by the only male worker "Do you see that spot down there? Is there a grilled cheese? This Starbucks is not welcoming at all. I come in pretty frequently and every time it seems to be the same issues. Today I went in and this younger girl looked right at me while I was standing at the register and walked right past me and told another coworker she needs to take my order. One of the worst Starbucks. The tables outside are incredibly dirty, and the floor looks like a public toilet for animals (with a pile of dried poop). They forgot to add foam to my matcha. When I mentioned it, a woman without gloves opened my glass and added very little foam, as the glass was already full. So instead of a sweet matcha, I ended up drinking a bitter one.
