7 dollars for a small coffee is just stupid. Outrageously over priced.
Very poor customer service. Seemed like the employees wanted to pay more attention to each other than the customer. Not a good morning, can I help you, or even have a great day. Starbucks really missed the mark when it comes to customer service at this location. They employees should really consider a different kind of employment if you lack such basic skills. This is at the MGM park location in Las Vegas.
The mobile order is fast and efficient. The staff is helpful. Prices are higher than some other Starbucks, but less than other coffee shops on the strip.
Mobile order is very fast here. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they fixed it even though it was my fault.
We knew there’d be a wait because the place is inside a casino, and casinos run on two things: lost money and long lines. So we waited. And waited. And waited some more. Eventually I went up to check on our order before I aged another decade. I handed the employee the receipt and told her the name. A three‑letter name, mind you. Not a tongue‑twister.
