I just picked my wife up from this Starbucks, and she is livid. The staff were forgetful and indifferent and she felt ignored. She waited five minutes at the cash register while staff chatted among themselves before either person took her order. My wife then waited an additional 15 minutes, then asked for her drink and was told the order had been misplaced.
