Visited this location to get a break from my home office, a change of scenery, bought my laptop with me thinking I'd be able to get some work done. Walked in to the store, the music was very loud, there were a group of gentlemen there literally yelling each other to compete with the music. Another guy stepped outside to use his phone. I'm used to other locations having there music at a lower volume, and this was not it. I couldn't get comfortable there so I ended up leaving.
It's not the first time I always ask for an ice stain, it beats specically with oat milk and they give me regular milk, it can't be that they don't take attention, I'm lactose intolerant and that hurt me, that bad service and I couldn't go back, since I'm going back for my job.
Went here the other day to unwind and guess what? The coffee was really good, my drink looked exactly how it should, and the staff were all nice to me the moment I entered the place. My order was processed quickly as well. Cuz of that I wanted to stay a bit longer because of the overall warm atmosphere of the place. Definitely a solid Starbucks branch I must say.
