Waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order inside the store, and waited another 15-20 minutes for them to prepare my food. They care more about drive thru customers than they do about in store customers.
Been to this location many times. Went thru drive thru this morning. Very rude service. After giving my ice coffee order, I then attempted to order a breakfast item. He rudely interrupted me and said next time.. order the food first. When we got to the window.. he was impatient and clearly annoyed. I won’t be back.
went to this starbucks location today and the gentleman taking my order at the drive thru was rude. after i ordered my drink, i said “and i also have a separate order but its a mobile order” he then proceeded to tell me, in these exact words: “you don’t need to say you have a separate order just say you have a mobile order”. which was pretty rude as he was telling me what to do/say. then, when i got up to the window the lady asked when i placed the mobile order and i said just now, she looked at us in a blank stare and sighe... read more
The employees were very nice and polite. I came here to relax and the environment was really peaceful and quiet. Also, the seats and ambiance was very comfortable. The food was also really good.
