Kayelee at the Ridgefield Village Drive in Woodbridge is an excellent supervisor; she goes above and beyond to make sure that customers feel welcome and that service is great! KAYLEE GIVES EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE!
This location is terrible about having things in stock. They are constantly out of ingredients and can’t make drinks. By far they are the worst at this in about an hours radius.
This Starbucks location has a lot of issues that need to be addressed. The biggest problem is the store manager, Ritchell who is extremely rude and sets a negative tone for the whole store. And when the person in charge acts that way, it affects the whole environment and it definitely shows. The staff comes off unpleasant, and the customer service overall is just not good.
