Terrible service. they prepare an item on order receipt,they skip second item on the same receipt.How come????
Came here through the drive thru in the morning around 8-8:30am on 8/6. I ordered a tall drink through the mobile app while I was in the drive thru. It said in the app estimated pickup time was 3-6 min. There were 2-3 cars ahead of me which gave the team plenty of time to make my order. I got up to the speaker and told them I’m picking up a mobile order and gave them my name. There was silence on the other end for a bit. Look- it is a Starbucks. The drinks are the same in the States as any other Starbucks in the States. You can get a drink you like or try something new, but it is still overpriced and you could get something better and cheaper at a place that wasn’t a chain.
Waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order inside the store, and waited another 15-20 minutes for them to prepare my food. They care more about drive thru customers than they do about in store customers.
