My drink was prepared by a young man with short, dark, side-parted hair and glasses. Beyond the customer service which was lackluster at absolute best, with the young man being very rude and dismissive, both mine and my husbad’s drinks (venti) were filled 3/4 the way at most. On top of that, the drinks themselves were prepared very poorly (neither had near any real flavor, being entirely overpowered by milk and very bitter). This is my go-to place for coffee on my way to work and every time I go it’s amazing service. The gentleman at the window every time I go through always puts a smile on my face because he’s so sweet and talks to me by name! 5 star service from their team every time!
Drive thru when near
ZERO STARS I came here with my 8-year-old son to enjoy a drink together. He wanted to charge his phone and get on the WiFi, so I helped him with that while we decided what he wanted to order. We were there for maybe 10 minutes before a manager approached me and asked, “Are you going to order something?” I said yes, and asked why.
