Great service, knowledgeable staff and efficient service. Got my birthday drink and it was delicious.
My drinks and food usually turn out fine but they have the longest wait for a drive-through. It usually takes 10-15+ minutes to get through the drive-through every single time.
I ordered an iced horchata, and I asked them to make it large. I also told them not to make it sweet, that I didn’t want any sugar. They said it wasn’t possible, and just gave me what they had. Then, when I went to pick it up, they gave me a medium size. And honestly, nothing about it was normal. The milk had these obvious chunks; it was completely spoiled and expired. i ordered a coffee and a sandwich and used a visa gift card to pay. it declined so i asked her to try it one more time(cuz those gift cards are always finicky) she very rudely obliged and then it declined again, i gave up on the card so i just used my debit card. she then turns away from me and audibly talks crap about me to her coworker. very rude and uncalled for especially when i wasn’t asking a lot.
