I have never experienced a slower drive-thru. EVERY single time I try to go to this drive thru, you sit for 10-15 minutes in line. Definitely don’t visit, if you have somewhere to be. It is every single time.
Good place and people
Love the coffee and service, HATE the parking lot. It is so busy and confusing. If you park close to the entrance, you get trapped because the drive through line is behind you and no one will let you out. It is very frustrating.
This Starbucks is absolutely horrible !!!! We live 12 minutes away and have placed orders NUMEROUS times and have gotten to the location and had to wait an additional 20+ minutes . They either need to hire more employees or work more efficiently. It doesn’t take 35 minutes to make a coffee.
Very kind and attentive employees. I've come to this location several times for large orders and they're sure to get everything correct by repeating it, and if something is amiss they're able to diagnose what happened and help me get it right within a timely manner.
