What a bummer. Employees at this location don’t know about the specialty drinks, like none of them. The only thing any of these kids knows is what is on the menu with the ingredients written right here on a cheat sheet. Like dang, What happened to the days when a loyal Starbucks customer can get a classic drink that is only known about through an actual knowledge base of the company and its hidden drinks??? What a bummer. This location is quite literally one of those, “I’ll take a black coffee please”. What a shame.
I've tried - honestly tried - cutting down on spending, but my ONCE-a-week treat? No, I can't give this up... I have yet to try a drink that I don't like (though there are some drinks I haven't tried cuz I'm not much of a matcha (sp?) drinker; still, you really can't go wrong here. Caramel lover? This is hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The service was unbelievably slow, even though the store wasn’t busy. My drink order was wrong not once, but twice, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, the barista acted like I was inconveniencing them. The tables were sticky, the floor hadn’t been swept in ages, and the bathroom was a disaster.
