I've been coming to this establishment for the past three years and, off and on, experienced good and bad service. This past weekend, I came for my usual drink and found the doors locked at 3 pm. There were no signs on the door or anything; I had to hear from the customers outside that the staff closed early due to being short-staffed. I'm very disappointed. We come here when we visit family as it is just across the street. The team here are so nice and helpful by far the best we have encountered we travel a lot and go to many Starbucks.
