I’ve been coming here 3-5 days a week for 2 years, I have NEVER gotten my order wrong and I do switch it up. There’s usually a line and trust me it’s not because they don't move fast (because they move), they’re at the busiest junction for a Starbucks in Rock Hill. Order ahead if you are in a hurry on the app and walk in. The people that work there are kind and very sweet and always greet all customers.
We just came here to order sat and sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to come on to take our order, there were multiple cars in the parking lot, lights on and employees inside no one ever came to the speaker went around to go inside door was locked and they were closed an hour and a half early 7:20 instead of 9:00!
