At 2:12 pm today an associate in the drive thru laughed in my face at my order and proceeded to make it wrong on purpose and when I asked her to fix it she gave me the Gen Z stare and went silent. Super rude. I heard her aggressively pour out all my ice and add sweet cream. She then handed me back my drink without a thank you or without even saying a word.
