Every single time i come here they mess up my orders. Doesnt matter who the person is they cant cant make my drinks right. Going in or drive thru. I even keep saying or telling other people there that i barely want ice but they still put crap ton in there. They're not even busy. Mainly online orders
I go to starbucks at least 3x a week. Every single time I ask for light ice and somehow it ends up being extra ice. I don’t get it. My friend got a Venti refresher and didn’t ask for light ice, I ordered a grande matcha with light ice. Somehow her venti normal ice had less ice than mine when I specifically asked for light AND it’s literally smaller than hers. I spend $9 on this little matcha, please give me my light ice.
