I went to get coffee and the three younger girls were all very nice but then a big middle aged woman with green hair came in and start talking bad about me to the younger girls acting like I wasn’t even there because I was “standing in the wrong place” and she said i was “creepy” when I was just waiting for the coffee I paid for. I will be speaking with management about this woman this is not how a customer should be treated.
I came in today and was met with complete disrespect, dismissive, and disgusting behavior from Jaime. I understand that the store was busy but she made my drink as a hot drink when my ticket said iced. When I asked her to kindly remake it she said “shes busy and doesn’t care that I don’t like it and to purchase another drink “if I wanted it so badly” I wouldn’t recommend coming here!
Because this is nearby, I’ve passed by several times a week and not a single time that I have come in has the chairs or tables ever been wiped down. There’s usually 3 workers at the stand but the counter, tables and chairs are always dirty regardless if they have customers or not
This morning, I went in to order a coffee, but I was told they couldn’t make one because they had “too many things to clean.” When I asked how long it would take, they said they didn’t know. However, as I was leaving after purchasing an item from Harris Teeter, I saw them making coffee for another customer — a white woman.
