Absolutely HORRIBLE. Staff will have you pull back around TO THE BACK OF THE DRIVE THRU LINE after WAITING IN LINE FOR 20 MINS ALREADY?! AND HAVE U WAIT IN LINE TWICE. ☹️ so much for a quick coffee stop—NOPE YOULL SPEND UR ENTIRE AFTERNOON IN LINE HERE. Very rude window person barking at me to come inside even if I ordered online because I did it 2 minutes ago not 6 minutes ago. And because I refused I had to go do the car line again (and not a small one). A 11 cars wait. And my cold foam all melted. We are actually waiting a LOT Althea second time around.
