This was actually my first not super pleasant experience at Starbucks. The person who took the order was great in the drive thru. Speed of service was good. The person who took my money might have just been having a bad morning. It was the morning rush. They just were lack luster. Didn't smile. Kind of nonchalant. A little blah. Tried the Iced sugar free caramel protein matcha and it was much better than I expected
