I ordered ahead 15 minutes before arriving. My drink was ready, but my goods wasn’t. Ok cool.. They must were busy and the guy making food, when it was done he literally threw it on the counter. Terrible customer service.
Staff oblivious to customers waiting. So much hustle going on, but unfortunately you’ll have a few with no sense of urgency or desire to engage Store is in need of better housekeeping and remodel.to accommodate growing area. Tables and chairs worn out, sticky and a haven for flys. Come on #starbucks you can do better! Understaffed and overworked. Not enough help to deal with customers in front of them. Emphasis on online orders makes coming in not worth it
Ordered through the app. No waiting I. The drive through when I got there. Order was no where near ready to be picked up. Got a hot caramel macchiato and a hot matcha latte. (Both venti). Plus 3 trenta blackberry refreshers. 2 with lemonade and 1with water. The hot drinks were both only half way filled considering I ordered a venti. I was pretty angry.
