Worst possible experience was informed at this speaker. that the credit card machine was down had to use the app even when I got to the window they said. If you could please let us know that ahead of time and have it ready for you. And alot of attitude
Best Starbucks in Rock Hill! Kate is awesome and every other employee is great as well. Outgoing and ALWAYS gets my drink made perfectly!
Today I received such rude customer service with the morning staff (8:46AM). I was not provided a name because the staff didn’t know “who” was on the intercom. The supervisor did say she would have a discussion with the team.
I go there often because it is a convenient meeting location. The service keeps getting progressively worse and worse. I've had my order messed up the last few times I've gone. Starting to look for new options.
