for a chain to thrive off of their "exceptional customer service" and to be known for making custom drinks and "secret menus" - THIS location is NOT IT!! when i tell you i get the same drink everyday from here, i really do. some days, i order it with my modifications and they say "okay! pull around" as they should - other days like today they decide to give me the run around saying they can't do it, it'll cost extra, etc. when 10+ people work in the same establishment, they should all be on the same page.
