the fact that they think people won’t notice if they replace cold brew with their watered down iced coffee recipe is a joke. the employees are either really good or really bad. But wasting my $7 for some iced coffee instead of cold brew in my drink is ridiculous and the employees need to be fired for doing that. I know the taste of cold brew vs decaf vs iced and yall just wasted my money, Im not going in there and asking them for a new one because they’ll probably make it wrong on purpose again.
I was told I can only order an iced coffee with 1/2 an inch of cream and it’s “been that way for years” meanwhile I order an iced coffee with 2 cream on a weekly basis and it never looks like 1/2 an inch of cream with a splash of coffee and the associate wanted to argue.
Always great service & coffee. My go to place.
