To whom it may concern Comico will speak on this. My experience at this Starbucks location was supremely disappointing they fired one of the "fruity" baristas and said his music was inappropriate. THIS IS HUGELY DISAPPOINTING, until Starbucks brings back woke I will not be spending my hard earned money here. Service as was also extremely poor since this "fruity" barista carried on bar and DTO. I waited over thirty minutes to get my black coffee and pumpkin loaf.
Sat at a table for fifteen minutes before anyone greeted me... Clearly shows poor staffing and payroll that the employees can't even greet a paying customer!! Great frozen impossible breakfast sandwich though, and the finly frap is to die for! pics of my excellent servers THE BILLS WERE DUE!

I absolutely adore getting that strong customer connection with the evening crew but sometimes I feel like morning is wayyy too busy for me. 🥲
I’m a regular customer at this Starbucks and generally have good weekday experiences, but the weekend in-store service has been consistently poor and needs attention. Last weekend my order was lost entirely, and this weekend it took 15 minutes to receive a very basic latte while the café wasn’t particularly busy. The pattern I’m noticing is that in-store customers are being deprioritized in favor of drive-thru orders, which creates long waits and confusion inside.
