I love having a Starbucks right in Kittery—it’s super convenient and usually a great spot for a quick coffee run. Most of the year, the service is solid and the drinks are exactly what you’d expect as a regular customer. That said, I’ve noticed a real shift in the summer. 31May2025 @2.30pm. Closed due to "lack of staff" says sign on door. No drive-through, zilch. Service inside has deteriorated last few months. It's among the poorest Starbucks that I visit. Unfortunately there arent many SB in the area, but there are other brands and local shops. Priority here is given to drive-through, so be prepared to wait if ordering inside. I used to be a regular here, and a few years ago this Starbucks was great. That being said, it’s been on the decline. I left a one star review because of this gradual decline and the continuous dissatisfaction and disappointment I have when I come here.
