Spent over $20 on coffee, and apparently providing drink sleeves for hot coffee was too much to ask. That would have been annoying enough on its own, but the attitude from the employees made the experience even worse. The level of entitlement and complete lack of customer service was honestly pretty shocking. When customers are paying Starbucks prices, basic courtesy and something as simple as a sleeve for a hot drink shouldn’t be asking too much. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.
