Apparently they don’t open at 5am like they say. Put my order in for 5:20 so i could pick it up at 5:30 and they had me wait until 6 until I guess the shift manager arrived. All the employees just sitting in their cars watching me and another customer.
Horrible customer service! I went through drive thru. I ordered a mango dragonfruit and the girl gave me it without the dragonfruit!! I politely said excuse me, this isnt the right drink, where is the dragonfruit. She replied o we are out, do you want strawberry. I placed a mobile order when I was 12 minutes out, about 5am. Get there, wait in line forever, finally after no one says anything on the intercom after 5 minutes I go up front. Wait a while for a barista to open the window just to be told that I would need to get s refund via the app. Because they are not open despite it being almost a hour since the location opened.
