I walked to the restroom in Starbucks with a full bladder today. I am a polite, middle-aged, decent-looking, clean woman who just needed a restroom. I was discriminated against, and denied access to their facility. I was floored by their mean, arrogant ways today. I will never buy another thing with their logo on it or drink one of their over-priced drinks.
Snobbiest service around, always with backed up lines. Rotund, beady black-eyed barista said, "Are you here for hot water?! The pipes are being worked on right now, the water is all black." Asked her what was wrong with the pipes. No answer. Asked her how she's running the espresso machines which use hot water. "I can still still give it to you!" she said cheerily. Terrible service. The baristas were rude and ignored me for at least 10 minutes. Took forever to make the person in front of me’s drink and then ignored me completely. People behind me left as well. Very disappointing
