I went through the drive-thru at Starbucks in Keizer and had a really frustrating experience. I ordered a French vanilla coffee, and they told me they don’t have French vanilla. Then they said they could add hazelnut to make it taste like French vanilla, which already didn’t sound right. When I got to the window, I asked again just to make sure, and the employee told me, “I have no clue, I was just going to put it in.” That honestly made me feel like no one knew what they were doing.
