Awful starbucks. Takes 10 minutes to make a single drink. The line is chronically around the building and into traffic. This starbuckS SUCKS. Be better.
The Banana Loaf was stale! Second time this gas happened! They should do BOGO when they're almost dtake and/or before going bad. PLUS THEY'RE NEVER SUPPLIED WITH ENOUGH PUMPKIN LOAF!!!!!! 🧐🧐🧐

I'm a daily customer for the past 12 years and today app was down so u was lost and didn't know how my coffee is done. Hannah came to my rescue she knows me from the Lake Miriam store back when I worked at the Southside. Hannah knew exactly how I take my coffee step by step she knew it exactly. Thank you Hannah for your great memory. 👍
I love my Starbucks on N 98 in Lakeland Fl. The people are all so exceptional! Whenever I’m confused, they help me no matter what. Raina Is extremely helpful!!
