I usually have a good experience at Starbucks, and my order today was made correctly. I paid, left a tip, and before leaving I asked the barista at the drive-through window if he could please take a Starbucks drink that I had purchased earlier from another Starbucks location. I stopped by this morning to pick up my mobile order. When I picked up my Grande Cinnamon Dolce Latte, the cup felt unusually light.
