Calla was such a hoot! Made me laugh and giggle and her bomb pumpkin spice latte this drink was a straight 10/10 it was made with such love and care it’s like she has nothing else to do but perfect the art of making drinks. I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks in my lifetime and none of them have come close to beating this Starbucks and their young hard-working workers Especially that flower mound location next to that Chick-fil-A they never get my order right and it’s never made with such love like my drinks from this place is.... read more
My drink had more ice than coffee.
I travel quite a bit and have been to Starbucks in cities all over the world. This was one of my worst experiences. The guys that were working could have cared less about customers. They were having their own conversation dropping lots of f-bombs. They made the wrong breakfast entree for me and then when I asked for the right one they kept talking and practically threw it at me without looking and certainly without apologizing.
This place is honestly a joke. I gave it a second chance because it was on my way to work, but the coffee tasted so bad. It honestly tasted like they were using a different espresso instead of the default one. I also brought my own cup, and instead of having me hand it to them through the cup holder, the employee literally poured the water into my cup while I was holding it in the drive-thru.
