First of all, everyone here in store is always so friendly! I go to hair school right next to this location so I frequent it quite a bit! But I really wanted to shout out Cam, she was SO sweet and really made my morning! Cam deserves a raise or bonus or special treat for her extra bright and friendly service! 🤍

Worst customer service of any Starbucks in Salem/Keizer area. It's closest to my home so I check every week or so to see if it improves. Sadly it only seems to get worse! I end up setting my meetings with others elsewhere in town (Lancaster & D Street Starbucks is awesome; as is Broadway Coffee House). Requesting water or asking to use the bathroom is always denied (violates corporate policy) and done so with a creepy sense of glee on the part of staff members. Atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming.
