This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I always order ahead and arrive 5 minutes after it says the order will be ready. Why is my order NEVER ready and on top of that no one single worker asks me if I’ve been helped SMH. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the order is never ready why it says it will be. Once ok twice ok but EVERY TIME. Do better.

They're generally nice, yet it still seems difficult that when you order a hot coffee to actually receive...a hot coffee.
