Possibly the shift lead there was speaking to a seemingly new employee in a degrading tone when the lady asked her for confirmation she said to her “idk is that correct?” She was not helpful to the employee. Also it turned out that my reward was time specific, so I asked if I could stay and work on my laptop until I could place my order. She said no that I couldn’t stay because it was only for paying customers. I was going to spend $5 an hour from then, and the location was pretty empty. Worst Mocha Frappuccino I've ever tasted. It was closer to a icy water than a Frappuccino. The person who answered the phone, Ashley, did their best to compensate
