While placed a mobile order, for some reason, the location service identified me to a store 5 miles away. I didn't realized until no one called my name after it showed ready. Staff Elina and her colleague made the same drink for me which saved me having to drive 10 more minutes to pick. Thanks!
I arrived at 8:39 PM on a Saturday (01/10/26) and found the doors locked, even though the store is listed as open until 9. I was just trying to buy whole bean coffee and have it ground. An employee was still inside wiping down the counters and clearly noticed me at the door, but instead of helping, they went to hide in the back. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a store to stay open during its posted hours, especially for a quick purchase.
