I come here all the time twice a day! they don’t have venti cups in stock and they wanna tell me I can only get a grande I was totally fine with because hey you know they might have a policy right I get it . But to hear this lady tell the car in front of me you got the last venti Ice water was a smack in my face knowing that I told her I’ll pay extra if I have to if they could put it in a trenta cup went to a different Starbucks and they had the same problem I didn’t know and they where happy to help!!
Expect slow service, even if you order ahead. Staff are not customer service oriented and essentially ignore you.
Didn't even get the chance to order, I have never been to a Starbucks with such an unpleasant atmosphere and we simply didn't feel welcomed or comfortable enough to continue waiting.
