One star because the one thing we come into Starbucks for is apparently nearly impossible to find. Our daughter collects the Discovery Mugs, so when we’re traveling, Starbucks is one of the places we specifically stop to look for them. We’ve been to Starbucks locations all over the country—every state except Alaska and Hawaii—and we’ve only found Discovery Mugs in six states. That’s an absolutely ridiculous hit rate. Drinks here are good but apparently the power was out for 15 minutes because I lost power also living next to the Starbucks and the staff closed up and left no sign saying we are closed, nothing! pulled up to the box nobody took our order and we went to the window and It was all closed up! This was at 4PM if you hate your job this much to just pack up and leave within 15 minutes you need to find a new job. The power could have came back on and they left for the day. Unreal
I asked for a drink with light ice..NOT ..ice with a light drink !
