Extremely kind, thoughtful/professional staff. I love their drinks and chai lattes, and their oh-so-popular cake pops and seasonal treats. I love their butter croissant pastry and brownies. They are super flexible with customizing drinks, obviously but the dedication and fast service are charming.
They made my drink absolutely perfect which is a rarity and their customer service was on point which is rare unfortunately Starbucks seems to have some of the worst customer service situations I've ever dealt with. And I've been going to Starbucks since I've been alive.lol not good but one of the only places that has matcha. The Starbucks and their workers were very very very very very nice and this place was super clean
