Placed a relatively simple mobile order with 3 items, apparently not so simple. 2 items were ready for pickup, the 3rd was apparently too difficult to remember for at least one barista. When I tried to explain I was missing an item, this annoying person, who apparently got her degree in pop psychology from Instagram, began to gaslight me, acting as if I was the problem.
