They never make the shaken expresso correct , they didn’t even mix it

Went to the counter to order 3 frappes. Apparently they don’t do Frappes at this location. After they asked me to choose what kind of frappe do I want
I usually go to the actual shops but today I had to stop at location inside target 1:23pm. Two ladies were talking one finally acknowledged that she’d be with me shortly (no other customers were ahead) but she was talking to the other employee about 15 more minutes. The other lady took my order charged $9 for a drink that’s usually $5 but okay I didn’t make a fuss… when I got my drink it looked nothing like what I usually got the girl stated I needed to mix it I did and nothing!
