I had a very frustrating experience at the Tacoma Starbucks drive-thru today. I ordered a coffee Frappuccino with less ice, fully understanding that it would be more liquidy than the regular version. The employee on the speaker even explained that to me, and I clearly said I was completely fine with it. After waiting around five minutes in the drive-thru, I was then told they would not make the drink at all. It was confusing, unprofessional, and honestly a waste of my time. This particular day maybe was an off day for the servers, they were not too warning to say. I don't like to be somewhere and feel like I shouldn't be there. Lucky for me I'm comfortable anywhere and anytime
