Rude customer service and filthy restroom.
I regularly order from this Starbucks and usually never have problems. However, I grabbed a drink before closing earlier and towards the last few sips, I felt something strange and pointy in my mouth. I immediately spit it out to see a piece of plastic that somehow made it into my drink. I understand stuff like this is probably hard to catch but it could be dangerous if it was a sharper piece (or if this was a drink for someone younger). It caught me off guard a bit
My friend and I visited this location and had an unpleasant experience. One staff member was unfriendly, dismissive, and even slammed their hand on the register when my friend, who doesn’t speak English, struggled to communicate. This behavior made us feel very disrespected. I hope the store will ensure staff are trained to treat all customers with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
