The staff that was working the morning of March 29th was extremely rude. My drink was accidentally hot instead of iced so I asked if they could have it iced. I don’t normally switch my drinks but after they put it in a cold cup over ice something was off. I asked if they could remake it completely with almond milk making sure it was iced and I watched them deliberately put whole milk in it after I verified I requested almond milk. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Not impressed.
The girls there went above and beyond for me this morning. Even when it wasn't exactly right, They remade it the way that I wanted it. Not sure why Starbucks took the Java chip Off the menu. That's like McDonald's getting rid of the Big Mac....
Limited seating due to its small footprint. The crowd is typically reserved and on the quiet side. Very safe and secure location. Been to this Starbucks many times.
Was just in there. Made the mistake of calling a frap choc chip a frap choc chip bc it’s a java chip with coffee. Totally fine with correction but it was a 3 min correction of this person explaining it. I had just worked 14 hours the day before…then the order was supposed to be a venti got a grande..Atmosphere was just not friendly.
