Just had the rudest experience I've ever had at a Starbucks in my entire life after drinking coffee at Starbucks for over 30 years. Needed a coffee extremely badly, came in the store before they closed. Was waiting in line. Manager then looked at me and said I'm sorry. I'm cutting you off for safety reasons. No empathy, didn't want to work at all and didn't give any heads up. I said that that doesn't make sense and he just kept repeating it staring at me in the face.
