I visited this Starbucks today and ordered an iced lavender latte. After taking one or two sips, I realized I really didn’t like the taste. I politely went to the counter and told the barista (a lady wearing glasses) that this was my first time trying it and asked if I could please get a different drink. Canvis is a gem of a barista; she’s always happy and friendly and I don’t know how she does it but she makes the best drinks of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I live right across the street and I will not go to another Starbucks because nothing compares to her beverages! I work from home on Fridays and I always visit her to treat myself. I hope Starbucks appreciates what a stellar employee they have!
If you are not going to open till 10, DONT TAKE ONLINE ORDERS and then be like oh well when a customer show up at the HT ghost town starbucks. Starbucks (all) are just getting worse with time, smh.
My daughter waited for her coffee for 18 minutes. I think that’s absolutely ridiculous as she not only wasted my time as I was waiting in the car. but also hers. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
