The baristas are very rude and snotty and not welcoming
I have been coming to this location since the day it opened and have loved my morning coffee experience each time. I especially want to give a special special shout to my favorite barista, that goes above and beyond to make my day, Newlan! From perfect drinks to an even more perfect service, thank you!!! As they say, sometimes you wanna go, where everybody knows your name!
I ordered the feta wrap and was shocked to find out that it comes frozen and all they have to do is warm it up. It definitely does not look like the picture advertisement and tasted like rotten spinach and cardboard. Also, it doesn’t come with tomatoes and it’s supposed to.
Alicia was the barista that took/made my order, a caramel Frappuccino. She seemed confused on how to make the drink, and even the two drinks before mine. End result- drink was awful. Waste of 20 minutes. Please give your barista some more training/help. Customers please request refunds (as I did, they will give one), these drinks are too expensive to be awful.
