I ordered the feta wrap and was shocked to find out that it comes frozen and all they have to do is warm it up. It definitely does not look like the picture advertisement and tasted like rotten spinach and cardboard. Also, it doesn’t come with tomatoes and it’s supposed to.

Alicia was the barista that took/made my order, a caramel Frappuccino. She seemed confused on how to make the drink, and even the two drinks before mine. End result- drink was awful. Waste of 20 minutes. Please give your barista some more training/help. Customers please request refunds (as I did, they will give one), these drinks are too expensive to be awful.

I asked the lady for Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino with extra cookie crumble and less light on ice it was not tasting at all mocha cookie it was more of caramel I said her in other Starbucks they don’t serve like this I told her they apply chocolate syrup to the glass in the side she then applied to much caramel on the glass this drink which she made was tasting more of chocolate I would never come here again

None of the 3 drinks I ordered were prepared correctly. One was missing a scoop of dragon fruit sprinkles, the second one was missing the caramel drizzle, and the third one was a caramel ribbon crunch and she added mint. She also forgot to use the Starbucks cup I brought for one of the drinks. On top of that, we waited longer than usual even though there were no customers other than us.
