Up until today, I have been a regular at this Starbucks. My usual drink, which I order frequently, was noticeably off today. I returned to the store and went inside to have the issue addressed and after politely explaining the matter, I requested a remake of the beverage. Instead of a simple remake, I was constantly questioned by two young female workers and given explanations and excuses about why the drink may have tasted different.
