I’ve not been here for years but so glad I came to spend a few hours while my car was getting worked on. Alyssa and the ENTIRE team were chipper and super quick to knock out my order and help everyone. Thanks for a great experience.
I just want coffee from a buisness. I dont need to see what flag you're into. BTW, you didnt even get my huge order right. I ordered x2 traveler boxes: decaf and regular and you didnt even give me decaf. Half of my elderly residents cant have caffeine and it was embarrassing for me and a wast of grant money. The residents were really let down. Ill be going to a different store for my monthly events.
The employees are so incredibly rude, does your staff know that they are in customer service? I ordered cold foam on my drink from the short girl with the black hair and she must’ve forgot to add it which is fine, even though I ordered my grande drink in a venti cup so I could gave extra cold foam. And then I got my drink and said to the blonde girl that was on bar that they forgot to add the cold foam.
