They turn their mobile ordering off so frequently that I’ve pretty much stopped visiting this sbux.
This location continues to disable mobile ordering, thus requiring you to wait 15-20 minutes in store or in the drive-thru. Why disable one of the safest ways of ordering, during a pandemic?
During this unprecedented pandemic, this location frequent disables mobile ordering, which represents a dismal customer experience. It’s as if they don’t wish to sell coffee.
Can be kind of slow during the peak times, but’s it’s the only Starbucks worth going to. . The baristas are very knowledgeable and polite...
Quality of service, at this Starbucks, has declined markedly over the years. They seem to be perpetually understaffed and lack the friendliness that I’ve grown to expect from SBUX.
