I understand that she is a new technician, so I didn’t complain the first time. However, when I came back again after several months, my order was still done incorrectly and she was overcharged. I order so many time so I know the drink. She just clicked a random drink on the menu to charge me.I wanted to use coupon and her excuse was the machine old. She didn’t even try. Very disappointed with the training. And never coming back

Just visited this Starbucks, there was no one in line and the baristas weren’t friendly, were speaking amongst themselves and not acknowledging the guest.
