I work in healthcare , I happen to have a late start today. My shift originally was supposed to start at 7am so I had decided to stop and get some Starbucks. I didn’t realize that the worker there had put that on my cup. She seemed to not like her job at all, seemed very uninterested and I had to repeat what I wanted twice. This girl does not want this job, start training them better or give them a later start so they’re not up early passing their negative energy. Never coming back here again
$10 for ube cold foam on a venti white choc mocha and it being half full and not done right is crazy work.
I understand that she is a new technician, so I didn’t complain the first time. However, when I came back again after several months, my order was still done incorrectly and she was overcharged. I order so many time so I know the drink. She just clicked a random drink on the menu to charge me.I wanted to use coupon and her excuse was the machine old. She didn’t even try. Very disappointed with the training. And never coming back
