Customer service can be improved greatly. It is extremely poor. Poor attitude, not wanting to do anything to give a better service experience. I was immediately told if I wouldn't have asked for light ice I would've had a full cup. There was zero customer service zero help. No one explained to me from the start when I ordered light ice that I wouldn't get a full cup because if that was the case I wouldn't of got a Venti and paid that price or I would've gotten something else every other time I have ordered this coffee I have... read more
This starbucks location is without a doubt THE BEST I've ever experienced. We've been regular customers since they opened and it's obvious it's a very well managed store that values employees, product and customers. The coffee, drinks and food are always just right and the place is always clean and inviting. But what makes this location truly special are the staff. This is my second review for this very nice Starbucks. The staff immediately greets you when entering the store and immediately took my order. I had ordered and later forgot something, and it was taken care of without any hesitation The staff that day had great customer service, with a smile
